Return and Exchange Policies

Our Policy

Here at Super Bright LEDs, we wanted to make our return/exchange policies quick and easy. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your order, within 45-days of the ship date, we will happily refund the cost of the product(s) and provide a no-cost to you return shipping label.

In the event it’s been past the 45-day mark we still allow exchanges on functional, like new product(s) for up to 90-days after the ship date. To seek a warranty exchange for broken or defective products, please view the warranty length on your product(s) and contact our Customer Service Team.

45-Day Return Policy

If you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 45 days of the ship date we will refund the cost of the product(s). Once we receive the returnable product(s) a refund to your original payment method equal to the cost of the product(s) will be applied. A free return shipping label will also be provided to you.

For returns beyond the 45-day period, please call us at 1-866-590-3533 or start a chat on the website so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support. Email support is also available, but please allow additional response time if choosing that method.

90-Day Exchange (Site Credit) Policy

Exchanges for site credit are approved for functional products only. Once we receive the exchangeable product(s) site credit equal to the cost of the product(s) only will be sent to you. A free return shipping label will be provided to you if the exchange is within 90 days from the ship date.

Super Bright LEDs administers all warranty claims. Return shipping labels are not provided for warranty exchanges.

You may request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for an exchange within 90 days of the ship date.

Returns Outside of the USA

Returns from Canada and Australia will need to complete this form (select "Returns and Exchanges" from the inquiry drop-down), and we will email you the following business day with a USPS label for small orders or a UPS label for large orders.

All other international returns, please fill out this form (select "Returns and Exchanges" from the inquiry drop-down). We will contact you within two business days and issue a UPS label if needed.

Custom Orders, Large Orders, and Non-Returnable Items

Please order small quantities of LEDs and LED products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.

Super Bright LEDs reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on high inventory quantity returns or items in poor, unsalable condition as a result of customer handling.

Through-hole LEDs and surface-mount LED chips cannot be returned if the package has been opened. Customized or special-order products are not eligible for returns. This includes custom-length light strips, custom-printed panels, and custom cut wire.

Items that are sold as pairs, like headlights, can only be exchanged/returned in pairs.
