Description

Philips Lighting's 16.5-watt LED Contractor Type-B CorePro MainsFit T8 tubes are compatible with shunted and non-shunted sockets, eliminating the need for ballasts by allowing them to be wired directly to the line voltage. The 16.5-watt LED T8 tube is equivalent to a 4ft 32-watt fluorescent T8 tube for a nearly 50% increase in energy savings with a long 50,000-hour lifetime, reducing maintenance costs. The tube has a frosted glass construction, emitting 2,100 lumens of uniform light in a 240-degree beam. Before installation, removal of any existing ballasts is required.
