Overview

The KLUS PAC-MDF series LED profile housing is great for bookshelf lighting, cabinet lighting, under-cabinet lighting, cupboard lighting, workbench lighting, cove lighting, or under desk hutches and stair nosings. This corner accent LED channel provides a professional mounting solution for flexible, rigid, or linear LED strip lights that measure up to 11 mm wide. The 1m (39-3/8") profile housing is constructed of sturdy lacquered MDF board. A clear lens is available as well as an etched/rigid lens for high light output, or choose a frosted lens for smooth lighting without visible hot spots. Product Characteristics

The lacquered angular extrusion made from MDF board, designed for flexible or rigid LED strips that are 8-10mm wide. One of the accessories offered for the extrusion are covers that shade and protect LEDs inside the profile. There are few types of covers: cover K (frosted or transparent) or HS (frosted or transparent). Covers are made of polycarbonate. Plastic 3D end caps are used for the extrusion as supplementary accessories. End caps protect the extrusion from dust and other undesirable elements, which can make LED strips dirty and consequently deteriorate the lighting parameters. The extrusion can be mounted to surfaces with the use of double-sided adhesive tape or mounting glue. Integrated, straight line of light can be achieved by assembling: the extrusion, frosted HS cover and densely spaced LEDs.

Applications

The extrusion with LED light source is designated for the interior use, especially as an integrated part of furniture pieces, to light or illuminate cabinets, glass-cases, shelving etc.
