LED Ready fixtures are ready to receive a LED tube or bulb that matches the socket, shape, size, and other requirements of the light fixture. A more classical style of lighting where the fixture and bulb are separate, and you insert a bulb of your choice into the fixture for light.
Integrated LED fixtures come preassembled with LED arrays built in and ready to use right out of the box. Gives improved durability, and longer lifespans before replacement. Tradeoff is that bulbs can't be swapped to vary brightness or color output of the light as you see fit.
