The 6-inch 12-watt ultra-thin recessed downlight is a complete LED lighting solution with selectable CCT. The light is designed for new construction, remodeling, and retrofit installation without a can light housing or junction box. A slim profile and independent junction box with a dimmable driver allow installation in any ceiling with limited vertical clearance, such as a cathedral or vaulted ceiling. Select the color temperature with a simple switch on the driver for various applications with up to 984 lumens. Warm white light creates a relaxed atmosphere for living rooms, dens, or entertainment spaces. Cool white light helps maintain a more alert environment ideal for offices, schools, or kitchens.

This product meets California Energy Commission (CEC) Title 24 JA8 requirements and is registered in their Modernized Appliance Efficiency Database System (MAEDbS).
Title 24 encompasses regulations for energy conservation, green design, construction, maintenance, fire and life safety, and accessibility in both residential and non-residential buildings across California, covering structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Implemented on January 1, 2017, these Building Energy Efficiency Standards include the Joint Appendix Section 8 (JA8) requirements for residential buildings, which are akin to Title 20 requirements, featuring L/W prerequisites. Compliance with Title 24 entails:
- CRI greater than 90
