The 12V Black Recessed Eyelid LED Step / Deck Light provides functional accent lighting along steps, patios, and decks. The hooded design distributes 150° of light at a downward angle, increasing visibility and safety along pathways and steps. Constructed of aluminum with a black powder-coated finish, each eyelid light is corrosion-resistant and withstands impact from possible foot traffic. Comparing two 40 watt lights one with a beam angle of 30(a) and another with a beam angle of 90(b), They both produce the same amount of light output but (a) will appear brighter in the beam angle compared to (b) at the sacrifice of light spread.
