These bulbs work with your vehicle's advanced computer system, so when your vehicle's computer reads them, they respond back correctly. To see if your vehicle operates with a CAN Bus system, simply remove the bulb you're looking to replace, start your vehicle, and if you have a "Bulb Out" message on your dash you have a CAN Bus system.	Polarity Sensitive Polarity Sensitive Polarity Sensitive (YES) Bulbs have Plus and Minus (like batteries) and will only work when polarity is correct. If bulb does not work when installed, turn it around in the socket. Polarity Sensitive (NO) Bulbs do not have Plus and Minus and will work either way installed in the socket.	Brightness Brightness For best results, the LED color should be the same as the lens color. If the bulb is behind a clear lens, use the appropriate color for turn and brake light functions. When installed in a housing that has a matching colored lens, red and amber bulbs will appear brighter than white LED bulbs - even though they have lower lumen outputs. As an example: a red lens will filter out all but the red portion of light from a bulb, so if the light being emitted from the bulb is all red, none or very little light will be blocked by the lens. The light from a white LED bulb contains very little light in the red portion of the visible spectrum, so most of the light that contributes to its higher lumen value would be filtered out by a red lens. This makes the white bulb appear dimmer than the red bulb.	Beam Angle Beam Angle Beam angle is used to express the width of the light emitting from the source. The narrower the beam angle the more focused the light energy is. Comparing two 40 watt lights one with a beam angle of 30(a) and another with a beam angle of 90(b), They both produce the same amount of light output but (a) will appear brighter in the beam angle compared to (b) at the sacrifice of light spread. Perfect.

Didn't notice the fastener hole in the middle. So glad it's there. When these arrived my wife was extra nice to me. At first I didn't attribute her kindness to these sockets. She made me pork chops, let me pick the movie, and even did my laundry. All I can say is get some and see for yourself.
