Good Retrofit Socket for DIY projects

I picked up a quantity of cast aluminum 110 volt landscape lights at a flea market.

I used these sockets and a small L shaped piece of aluminum to convert them to low voltage.

Then I used the 194-15 led 12 volt bulbs from elsewhere on this site.

They replaced a bunch of aging Malibu LV lights and are much brighter and since they are metal, will probably last a lot longer.

Great socket for DIY projects.
