Super Bright Secondary Motorcycle Brake Light
The compact size of this unit allows it to be attached to a rear fender on a bike to give the rider a super bright, secondary, solid non-flashing brake light, or a continuous strobe secondary brake light.
The light itself is at least double the brightness of a brake light with standard 1157 bulbs.
Another option is to set the unit to non flashing mode and install the $4.95 Brake Light Strobe module which will flash the unit four times rapidly at half power and then 4 more times slowly at full power before the unit stops flashing an remains in the full on mode until the brake is released.
I have tried the unit in it's full constant on mode and also with the optional Brake Light Strobe Module. Both options are great!
But the option I decided to go with is a continuous four flash mode to use during the daytime. I included a toggle switch in the installation so that I can also shut the unit off at night, or if I ever feel a need to do so. T

Fantastic Light
Great physical build, will obviously last years. "Very, very" intense output that can be clearly seen from long distances, even in bad weather! Like one other reviewer said, don't be staring at it, as it will hurt your eyes. Really well built H.D. unit. Very compact and easy to wire up. The is a first class product, sure to impress anyone whom purchases it. It 'clearly' meets the needs of the brightest and sparkly wants of police, ambulance and fire. This is the unit to get the job done.

Happy Contractor
I'm a snow blowing contractor in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We get our fair share of snow, sometimes up to 14 feet total snow fall in a season. The hardest thing I've experienced clearing snow is being seen, people just don't give you the room or the respect being on the road. In the 8 years I've been doing this I get dirty looks, honked at and cut off. This past November as the season started I installed 10 - 3 watt mini strobe lights on both my John Deere tractors. Two blue and two amber facing forward and backwards and one each side. I can't say enough about how awesome this products is, very bright, many variations of flash sequence. I noticed anything in the surrounding area that has any kind of reflective material lights up as the lights flash. It's giving me a new found respect from public drivers as an essential service vehicle, they give me the right off way, not one honked and no dirty looks. Nothings changed except the new lights, functional and they look awesome. Thanks

Pretty Awesome Lighthead
I bought this in red to use as a rain light on a race car. Mode 2 I think it is, slow flash, works perfect. The quality is top drawer, well sealed, super bright, and very compact. The other modes are pretty cool, but borderline seizure inducing. Once you set the mode, you can power on and off as much as you want - it won't change unless you tell it to (by shorting the yellow wire to red).

Does a great job
I live in northern Maine on a windy road and am not always visible when snow blowing with my garden tractor with cab. I mounted an amber strobe on each side of my cab and feel very secure when I am in or near the road that oncoming traffic will see me at night despite the wind blown snow (almost white-out) condition. I am extremely impressed by how bright these LED lights are. I also appreciate the many flashing patterns available and that the two can be synchronized to flash together.

Fantastic Secondary Brake Light
Just like everyone else has said, this light is super bright. Mounted it on the back of my Honda VTX-1300 by making a simple bracket which secured to the rear passenger fender/seat bolt.. Tied it into the brake light wire and then set the strobe effect that I wanted.
My two riding buddies are amazed at how bright the light is at 300 feet away in the daylight, as to nighttime it is seriously bright. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to use it. I have even had cars approaching me during the day from the rear, I gently tapped front brake handle to activate the light and the cars got the hint and backed off a bit.

Snow Contractor
I have 3 tractors on the road clearing residential driveways over a large area. The biggest problem is being respected and seen by other drivers. I have purchased over 24 of these lights in blue, amber and white, since installing them I noticed a new found respect from the general public, the lights intimidate them to not only give me the right of way but also room from my machine. I own large John Deere tractors and without the lights ....it meant nothing, I was being cut off, shown the finger and always fighting for space on the road. Not any more,,,,highly recommended.
