Much brighter than more expensive Halo bulbs
These are nice. Very bright. They have a slight reddish cast which really stands against the Halo bulbs I have elsewhere in the house, which have a greenish cast. These give off a more cheerful glow. They are also much brighter than the Halos. A couple slight negatives: the lowest dim setting is still fairly bright, the clip style is more difficult to install, and the trim lacks decorative ridges so looks plain and look a little cheap. But nobody will pay attention to that. Light quality is most important. Also the Halo bulbs cost twice as much. So moral of the story is: buy these.
