Overview
LED replacement bulbs can fit vehicle tail lights, brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals or side marker lights. This 1157 dual-contact, dual-function bulb has 18 LEDs (5050 SMD) that create a 360° viewing angle for better, allover light emission with reduced hot spots. Amber lights feature high-intensity LEDs that are ideal for high brightness LED applications. Tower-style design with a BAY15D 15-mm bayonet base for easy plug-and-play installation—just twist to lock in place. The energy-efficient bulb operates within a wide 10-30V DC range and is designed to last 30,000 hours on your car, truck, SUV, or van—25 times longer than incandescent bulbs. Specifications
Bulbs have Plus and Minus (like batteries) and will only work when polarity is correct. If bulb does not work when installed, turn it around in the socket.

| Lumen meters are a great way to measure white light output but can be deceptive for colored bulb intensity. Lumens measure light wavelengths in all colors of the visible spectrum. Because multiple wavelengths create white light and colored bulbs are a single-wavelength source, colored bulbs will have lower lumen readings. However, they will appear equally as bright as a white bulb. |  |

Good but not super bright...
Front turn signals in 2003 Honda Accord Sedan. They are not as bright as incandescent as they are a bit hard to see in sunlight. Not bad by any means, just not as bright. I'd go a step brighter next time. They will cause hyper flash if no resistors are added (or modification of flasher module).
