Overview
Headlight LED load resistors prevent “bulb out” error messages from appearing on your motorcycle or dirt bike dashboard. This 6 ohm 50-watt load resistor compensates for the low power draw of an H4 LED bulb so that it can communicate properly with your bike's computer (or CAN Bus) system. The plug-and-play LED load resistor easily installs in line with your bike's factory bulb socket and your LED bulb. Price per load resistor.
Mount the resistor away from painted surfaces, plastic, or other components that may be damaged by the heat generated by the resistor.

Works like a Champ!
After installing LED headlights and LED foglights on a 2003 Toyota Tundra. The headlights worked, but the foglights would not work. When I did turn the foglight switch on, the headlight high beams would come on. A common problem, it seems, with that make and year when trying to install LEDs.
Then I installed this load resistor on the passenger side headlight, and Ta-Da!
Hi and low beams work, foglights work, and the blue hi-beam indicator light on the dash works again.
My toes are tappin'!
High Beam Indicator Fix
Installed LED bulbs in my 98 Tacoma and the high beam indicator light on the guage cluster stopped working. I came across a simple fix posted on the "Tacoma World" forums by adding only one load resistor to the passenger side headlight to restore functionality to the indicator light. So I decided to give this $9 trick a try and much to my surprise it actually worked!!!
2014 Indian- Motorcycle headligh load resistor
This is just what I needed to run the LED Phase 7 on my 2014 Indian. Others have to soldier 2 inline resistors into the stock wiring to make LED lights work. This was easy, just plug it in, and it works, and is very well priced. I would rate it 6 out of 5 stars if they would let me.. thanks
