Overview
Increase your safety and visibility with this HLV7 series H13 LED headlight bulb. The dual-beam bulb emits 2,000 lumens of cool white illumination and features 3rd generation cooling technology. It has an integrated heat sink instead of a short-lived fan or bulky braided heat sink. This allows for a longer-lasting bulb and easier installation in tight spaces. It also has an internal driver, which eliminates the need to mount an additional part and locate an appropriate mounting spot. The LED bulb lasts 13 times longer than halogen bulbs and 3 times longer than HID bulbs. Its LED array is designed to mimic the filament in halogen bulbs—creating a closely matched beam style. This CAN-Bus-compatible H13 bulb operates on 9-32 VDC. Only sold in a 2-pack.

Fitment Issues
The bulbs are loose in my 2009 Dodge Ram. I confirmed that my headlight housings are set up for H13 bulbs, but these units won't tighten down and seal. They just rattle loosely in the headlight housing. Just to verify, I pulled one of the H13 bulbs out of my Honda Pioneer and the LEDs didn't fit there either.
Good lighting, no FM issues, may be wired wrong
I have had these installed for only a week so far, on my Jeep Wrangler, but have gone night driving a few times. I really like the brightness and beam pattern produced. Some LED retrofits suck, these have been engineered very well placing the LEDs as close to where the halogen filaments would be in the bulb version. I did have to adjust my headlights a little bit after installation, but that was probably due to the leveling kit I'd had installed earlier. I've noticed very minor issues with FM radio reception, hardly worth mentioning. You should not have a problem with that either unless your favorite station is all static when you listen to it.
The only reason I did not rate it five stars is because as-delivered, the LEDs were wired wrong... whether it's specific to my vehicle or not, I don't know (doubt it). The low beams lit the high beam set of LEDs and the hi-beam lit up the low-beam set of LEDs... Luckily, I'm skilled enough with soldering to dismantle the units and swap wires.
Awesome upgrade!!
These are awesome!! I have a 06 king ranch and they fit and work great. The first morning I left to go to work after putting them in I was going down the road and I was mind blown. I leave for work at 4:15 am and it’s mostly country roads. I could see further than I have ever been able to and wider. I believe that they’re brighter than the f250 I had with hid’s. Then I realized that I had them on dim and when I brightened them they’re amazingly bright!! They were easy to put in, I turned the stem vertical by loosening the set screw and plugged them up. That simple!
junk
didn't fit in the headlight housing without having to use a double gasket. one went out in a week. very disappointed in these lights
Response from Super Bright LEDs:
H13-HLV7
This LED Kit was recommended to me on their website for a 2009 Chevy HHR... this does not fit it. The Specs on the 3-tab barrel that locks into the light housing on this kit is about 1.5mm too small as compared to the factory light bulbs. After measuring the factory vs the LED's and talking to a REP (Name:Rod) he then measured and recommended the H13-HLAW LED Kit as for they were the closest to the factory measurements.
As for the LED light themselves I did plug them in and they were bright and worked fine just the fitment for the Chevy HHR is off... not sure if other cars the use the H13 have different specs or not so I cannot recommend these. As for the other kit H13-HLAW I would HIGHLY recommend as they were much easy to mount plus I really like the dual color!
