Overview
Increase your safety and visibility with this 9007 LED headlight kit. This dual-intensity LED headlight bulb comes with a glass sleeve and adhesive film options for changing the bulb's color temperature. The bulb emits 2,500 lumens of natural white illumination but can emit yellow or cool white light by using the sleeve and one of the optional film choices. This bulb features 3rd generation cooling technology. It has a compact heat sink instead of a short-lived fan or bulky braided heat sink. This allows for a longer-lasting bulb that's easier to install in tight spaces. The motorcycle LED headlight bulb lasts 13 times longer than halogen bulbs and 3 times longer than HID bulbs. It has an LED array that's designed to mimic the filament in halogen bulbs—creating a closely matched beam style. The CAN Bus compatible bulb operates on 9-32 VDC. The bulb has been environmentally tested with film and sleeve installed. Film can be removed but not reused. Use glass cleaner on the included sleeve before applying another piece of film. The long-lasting kit includes 2 LED headlight bulbs, 2 9007 adapter plugs with drivers, 2 glass sleeves, 8 cool white and amber film sleeve covers, and mounting accessories. Only sold in a 2-pack.

Much better than OEM Halogen
Basically plug and play on my 1997 F350 Ford. I did have to modify the lock rings as they would not clear the heat sinks on the LED bulbs but once I cut off about an inch of the plastic lock ring, all was good. A minor inconvenience, the supplied instructions are a bit cryptic and the supplied hex wrench would not fit (too small) the hex screw that needs to be removed for the lock ring to slide over the bulb body. Luckily I has the correct hex key in my toolbox. Be sure to align the LED's in a horizontal position when installing, you do that by removing the hex screw and relocating the locating boss on the bulb so a correct size hex key is important and why I only give the bulbs 4 stars.
Much brighter than the OEM Halogen bulbs with better beam spread and of course lower current draw. A great upgrade. I used the kit without the supplied filters. The LED's emit a slightly blue light that is not irritating to look at. I did however, install the glass sleeves over the LED's.
Terrible light paattern
Looking at the other 1 star review, I had the same issues. The beam was diffused and not focused. It was obvious that the bulb was not sitting in the reflector correctly. I tried every adjustment there was with no help. Looking at the LED bulb as compared to the original I pulled out it was clear the the filaments on the original extended much further into the reflector than the filaments of the LED. There is no adjustment on the vehicle or the bulb for this as suggested by tech support. A call to tech support gave the response "well it's just a generic replacement".
I too had to modify the retaining collars, not a big deal, but a mention would have saved me some time as I thought I was doing something wrong.
The bulbs are nice and bright, I wished they would have worked, but in my application (01-F350), they are useless to me.

Huge improvement over the Halogen!
Makes a huge difference in lighting, driving at night is a whole lot better. Used the Blue filter and looks excellent! Connecting the LEDs is easy as well. Just a minor complaint... After adjusting the LEDs, using the High Beam worsens, as if losing lumens. But using the Low Beams are bright enough and distance-wise, I don't really need to switch to High Beams. I made the appropriate adjustments for height so I don't blind on-coming. But still would of liked the use of the High Beams, since I have them. I would recommend these to anyone for sure!
Great replacement for old halogen lights!
These are nice, bright and easy to use. When installing make sure you try adjusting the beam pattern on the LED a couple of times to make sure you get the ideal beam pattern for your car. The heat sinks get quite warm so try to make sure that any loose wires are tucked away so they do not touch the heat sinks.
