Overview
This household LED filament bulb is gold-tinted to create an elegant, yet well-lit, atmosphere. The dimmable T8 LED bulb is perfect for chandeliers, wall sconces, restaurant pendant lights, ornamental lights, commercial light strings, decorative light strands or for any decorative application that accepts radio-style T8 bulb types with BA15D bayonet bases. COB (chips-on-board) LEDs emit 230 lumens of ultra warm white light. The linear LEDs imitate the look of thin filament wire in antique-style bulbs and emit a 360° beam angle for allover illumination. This energy-efficient bayonet bulb uses only 4 watts of power; an incandescent bulb with comparable light output would consume 20-25 watts. This bulb operates within a wide 90-145V AC range and is designed to last 25 times longer than incandescent bulbs. Price per bulb.

Nice bulbs, fit the bayonet socket perfectly
I looked and looked for a suitable bulb to replace the 1331 bulbs in a light fixture. The 3 new bulbs look great, but the new bulbs are slightly larger in diameter than the bulbs I'm replacing, so one out of three didn't fit. A minor problem, but a reason to keep looking.
Singer sewing machine test bulb
This bulb was purchased to test it in a Singer sewing machine. Bulb mated perfectly with the original socket. I would have preferred a bulb without the "antique gold tint". 3200ºK would have been better. The bulb was slightly larger in diameter and longer in length than the original filament bulb. When I reinstalled the cover and tightened the fixing screw, the bulb's envelope shattered. I reinstalled the original filament bulb and after removing all the shards of the glass envelope, I will hang onto the bare LED structure as a spare. Had the bulb's envelope been plastic instead of glass, I could have marked where the screw would have touched the envelope and then carefully drilled a small hole to accommodate the fixing screw without damaging the internal LED structure. This was a good experiment. SuperBrightLED's engineering and design teams might see this and offer something to replace the filament bulbs in Singer sewing machine in the near future.
Sharp light, not warm glow.
I was replacing a filament bulb with an LED, and it was about 3 x the other brightness. I wanted a warm glow, and this bulb is a sharp light. So if you want that, you'll get it. I also wanted the more white (~3000 color light not ~3600) but the site couldn't get me there. It seems like I should be able to search for the same type of lightbulb with different ranges. Anyways, it's fine. But not great.
