Light Output Information

What is Footcandles/LUX
Foot-candle and lux are units for measuring illuminance—the amount of light that reaches a specific area, and at a specific distance. The difference being that foot-candle (fc) is a U.S. Customary/British Imperial unit, whereas lux (lx) is an SI (metric) unit. As a result, one foot-candle is equal to one lumen per square foot, and one lux is equal to one lumen per square meter.

We were very surprised about the light output these lights have. We love the design and the look of the fixture as well. The fixture has a very clean and compact feel and look and the weight of the fixture is perfect.
As an Electrical Engineer graduate and prior Controls engineer the only thing I would change or modify would be to have more than the approximately 12 inches of 120V conductor. 18 to 24 inches would have made our install a little easier and would have allowed the fixtures to hang just a little more below (in our scenario) than several inches below the existing lay in gym ceiling.
Other than that the fixtures and the lumens they produce are perfect.
