Universal Daytime Running Light Kit with Adjustable Top/Bottom Mounting Brackets. 4 X 1 Watt High Power Cool White LEDs. 12VDC operation - less than 1 Amp draw. Typical installation for in between the bumper grille, or below bumper. Kit includes 2 DRL Lamps with attached mounting brackets, wire harness, mounting hardware.

Gave an old truck a modern look! Terrific ! ! !
I was thrilled when I saw these on the website. They are very well made and installed very easily (even in my "custom" location). I couldn't be happier with how they operate. I wired them so they dim with the low beams but are full power with the high beams. My one and only concern for others buying them is that there are no instructions in the box. This did not affect me at all but someone with little or no experience might have some difficulty. There is a sticker on the driver that is a basic wiring diagram but still, instructions would be nice when "fooling with" an automotive electrical system. Long story short, increased safety during the day without having to have your headlights and parking lights on, added light at night with the high beams, and they just look COOL !

Dimming function doesn't really dim that much.
If you expect this to dim much at all, look elsewhere or don't even use the feature. It dims maybe 20%. Other than that, they are built very well and work great. Even through I mounted them behind my grill, they manage to throw light down the road really well and because they are a cool white, they make the road signs seem much brighter when run along side standard halogen headlights. The LEDs are seated in reflectors that are angled which requires an angled mount if you want them to look straight down the road. The angle is about 10 degrees from what I can tell (not exact measurement). Some may like that and mount them to aim outward from the car for a wider dispersion, so this could be a plus for some.

Adding important safety feature to older vehicles
After opening the box, I was very impressed with the high quality and the completeness of the kit.
My usual concern with push on connectors in an automotive environment is they can get wet and corrode the connections, however the way these connectors are made with the flexible boot that covers and seals the connectors connections moisture shouldn’t be a problem.
As far as LED mounting angle not being straight down the road, that’s exactly what I want, these are DRL’s not driving lights. I’m not concerned about the person in front of me seeing DLR’s through the rearview mirror; I’m concerned with them seeing the DLR’s through their side view mirrors and seeing them before they pull out of side streets.

Super Bright/Easy
These lights are fantastic. They are very bright and noticeable during the day and when you cut on the headlights, they dim proportionally. Installation was pretty straight forward for anybody is a decent DYI'er. All the wiring comes already sheathed and the instructions are so simple they are attached to dimmer relay.
My only concern is the longevity of the plastic lenses. I am worried about them yellowing out but my honest opinion is since it's a Super Bright LED product, that I have purchased the BEST!!!!
I purchased two sets and cannot wait to get the second set installed!!
