Bad Product

These cost us a lot of money in wasted time on an install. Soldering is your best bet. Horrible product.

Total failure

These connectors DONT WORK. I bought 4 RGBW strips, with 5 connections / strip. These are supposed to be the end-to-end connectors for the strips. I mounted 2 of the strips on separate circuits, with the intention of adding the remaining strips, one on each circuit. The first set of connectors I bought didn't work, after a 1-month+ back and forward with support, I bought a new pair of connectors and trimmed the strips back to the next cut-point, and re-tried the connections - still didn't work. The best support could finally offer was to try soldering the connections - that's not going to be possible with one of the strips on each circuit mounted already. Frankly, these SUCK.

Response from Super Bright LEDs:

We apologize for the connectors being an issue for you. In cases where the connectors are not working, we would suggest the soldering method. That is the best way to make a good connection. If you are still having issues, please contact our Technical staff. They may be able to offer more assistance.
