Open Box items come in various tiers depending on condition, as described below. Typically open box items will carry the same warranty as a comparable new product unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Valid warranty exchanges will be conducted using store credit, if needed. Please contact a customer service representative before ordering with additional questions or concerns. Standard return period and restrictions apply on open box items unless otherwise noted.

Products are in great condition overall and are fully functional. Original documentation and packing material (or suitable replacement packing) are present as well as any originally included accessories. May show very slight cosmetic wear from handling, but has no significant visual or structural damage.

Open Box Tier: Fair
Products are in acceptable condition overall, but are still fully functional. Original documentation, packing material, as well as any originally included accessories may not be present. Details on included parts and condition will be outlined in the product listing. May show moderate cosmetic wear and/or cosmetic damage, neither of which are present in any way that will affect function.
