These light modules differ from strip lights because instead of having multiple LED chips on a single strip, they feature individual modules with wire between each one. Our LED modules come in various color options, including red, green, blue, natural white, cool white, and an RGB color-changing module, allowing you to change between multiple colors. How Do I Install LED Modules?
Exact installation steps will depend on the specific fixture and application area, but consider the following general information when installing.

You can install our LED modules using either the adhesive backing or screw holes. The adhesive backing is great for quick, temporary installations for trade shows. The screw holes provide permanent installation for use in business signage or under cabinets.

You can cut LED modules if needed to fit the installation area. Cut along the wire to ensure they will still work properly.

When you order these lights, they will come with LED modules already connected. If you plan to connect more, consider the ‘max run.’ Connecting too many modules will result in voltage drop, causing light loss throughout the string of modules. The max run will be listed on the product page in the ‘Specifications’ section.

How Do I Know the Right Size of Module For My Installation?
These modules can have 2, 3, or 4 LEDs. Choose the number of LEDs you need based on the desired light coverage. Additionally, the modules will provide different brightness levels. If you want the lights to have a greater intensity, opt for the strings with greater lumens per module.
