Skip the hassle of replacing an entire HID or fluorescent fixture, and utilize LED retrofit kits or bulbs to update them. Options include mogul screw base bulbs, T8 and T5 tubes, and direct-wire light engine retrofit kits. These LED retrofit options are great for indoor or outdoor fixtures, such as high-bay lights, wall packs, troffers, and post top or parking lot lights. They provide directional light that eliminates the use of reflectors, which allows you to choose an even lower wattage than you thought was possible.
