Overview
The Stage Series 50-inch LED light bar is designed for maximum functionality, with compact size, custom-engineered TIR optics, and a practical beam pattern, all in a highly durable package. A narrow-profile extruded housing allows fitment in small and tight areas. At less than 42mm tall, they reduce weight and fit in many places a traditional dual-row light bar won't.
High-intensity Lumileds LEDs, coupled with a patent pending total internal reflection (TIR) optic, make the full intensity of the Stage Series far higher than a standard light bar using basic optics or reflectors. The TIR optic collects all of the light from the LED, directing it only where you need it, drastically reducing glare and improving total efficiency compared to traditional optics.
The Combo pattern combines Driving and Flood optics, projecting light downrange in a focused, rectangular 20° W x 8° H degree pattern while illuminating the area around it in a full 80° W x 50° H degree spread. The Stage Series 50-inch Combo Light Bar features six driving lenses in the middle with two flood lenses on the outer edges. The output is a 6000K cool white color temperature that matches most factory LED lighting.
Each lightbar is based on 6-inch segments. Each segment is sealed with an individual lens and a double-wall seal. Individual seals make them more weather-tight than a large, single seal and allow you to change the outer lens to suit your needs. With just a few screws, you can replace the outer lens with a new one to change the beam pattern or color.
Stage Series LED lights use a standard DT-type Deutsch-style connector and include a 6-inch pigtail with bare wire leads. You can wire yourself, use an off-the-shelf Deutsch wire harness, or select an optional Diode Dynamics wire harness. If you choose to use a Diode Dynamics wire harness on a 24V system, you must replace the relay on the harness with a 24V relay.

Beam Pattern
Beam Pattern
Spot LightsSpot lights give off a narrow and concentrated beam of light that allows for greater visibility at further distances. With light output stretching beyond that of standard headlights. Spot lights are best used to navigate dark back roads for everything from recreational vehicles to work trucks and search and rescue vehicles. Flood LightsFlood lights are best at illuminating a wider area at a shorter distance than typical headlights. These are great for use on vehicles performing tasks at night such as roadwork or harvesting, as well as use on curvy roads and side roads. Combo BeamsCombo vehicle lights are a combination of a spot light and a flood light that are always on simultaneously. This allows for the light to cover both short and long distances at the same time for a variety of tasks. Selectable MultibeamsSelectable multibeams contain both a spot light and a flood light. With this, you gain the ability to have either the spot light or the flood light, or both on at the same time. Selectable multi-beams are extremely versatile in that you get three beam patterns in a single light. However it does require additional wiring to operate both beams independently through either multiple rocker switches, or a momentary switch. Combo + Side ShootersSide shooters illuminate a full 180 degrees or more through the use of a combo beam vehicle light. Side shooters contain an extra row of vertically or horizontally stacked and angled LED lights. This row is what gives the side shooter the ability to expand beyond a normal flood light's field of view. Side shooters are best used while stationary or at very low speeds where the field of view is critical. |

Current Draw
Current Draw
The current draw of your lights is calculated using the amount of power your light needs (wattage) and system voltage using the following formula: Watts/Volts = amps or W/V = amps. An ampere or amp (A) is the standard unit for electrical current. A milliamp (mA) equals one-thousandth of an amp, or 1000 mA is equivalent to 1 A.
Choosing LED bulbs with the correct amperage ensures proper operation and prevents damage to your electrical system or the bulbs. See your vehicle owner's manual for amperage, wattage, and voltage information, or match the information on your existing bulbs. |
