Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition.
Include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
Please include a copy of your invoice.
Exchanges for same product or similar product at the same price only.
We will Reimburse UPS or USPS ground shipping at our discretion (wrong merchandise received, etc.).
Please allow 7 business days to see refund on credit card statement.
COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to large orders, orders with missing materials, or merchandise not in original packaging and condition
